• Please note as stated on our Shipping Policy, all orders ship within 10 business days of purchase.
  • While most orders go out within 48 hours, some orders do take the full 10 days to ship. 
  • Our business days are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. 
  • You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once the order is being prepared for shipment. 
  • You can also access your online account at anytime to check your order status.

Once an order ships the status will change to "FULFILLED" within your online account. Average transit speeds are 3-8 days, however due to COVID-19 there are transit delays.
