If you received an error message or didn't receive a confirmation right a way, please check your online account before trying to order again. Not checking first could result in duplicate orders.
To check your account go to www.thatdailydeal.com and log in at the top of the package. Once logged in click "MY ACCOUNT" and then "ORDER HISTORY".
If you place duplicate orders and they receive tracking, we can not cancel one of them. However, you can return one of the orders once it's received, but please note that the return would be at your cost.
