How do I get points

Your points are derived from the items you purchase. Each item has a designated amount of points per unit. 

How soon will my points show up after I make a purchase?

As soon as the tracking number is posted, the points will automatically added to your current total. 

Can I transfer my points to another account or friend's account?

No, the points are non-transferrable and are voided if your account is deleted, or inactive. 

I want to use my points for coupon codes. How does that work?

Once you redeem your points for a coupon code, your site will refresh with the automatically generated code in your redemption activity section. Your coupon code is ready to use.

Your coupon code can be used only on www.13deals.com. Please note that your code can not be applied to taxes and shipping, and the entire amount must be used in a single purchase or any left over amount will be forfeited. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

What if I make a mistake and ordered an award that I didn't want?

Unfortunately, we cannot reverse the redemption.

I've been a member of That Daily Deal for a long time. Do I get points for all the old orders I've made?

Unfortunately, no. We just started this program as of 10/25/2016 and points are only accumulated for orders posted thereafter.
