All orders are shipped within 10 business days of being placed. Most ship within 48 hours, but some can take the full 10 days. Once in transit, average transit speed is 3-8 business days.

Once your order is assigned tracking, you'll receive an email notification. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS IN TRANSIT YET. It can take several days for tracking to start updating on the carrier's website. Please allow a few days to pass before emailing with status questions.

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder to make sure it doesn't go there by mistake and then log into your online account to view your order status and details. (see below)

Tracking will also get listed within your online account once it's assigned, and you can view that via the "My Account" and "Order History" section. 

Tracking will show as "Label Created" until the package starts moving. Please allow up to 10 business days to pass before contacting support about no movement. 

HOW DO WE SHIP?

We use economy shipping. This means the lowest price for you, but sometimes can slow down updated scans. This doesn't mean that the package isn't moving your way!

We use a few different carriers for our shipping, please check your email notification or account for more details on which service is being used for your shipment.
